westsideagency(“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a wide range of digital services, including but not limited to Illustration Services, Video Editing Services, Logo Design Services, 3D Logo Animation Services, Photo Editing Services, ART & NFT Services, Social Media Services, Motivational Video Services, and Other Services For Brands and Businesses.
As our services are digital in nature, they are deemed “used” after delivery, hence they do not fall under the same consumer rights protections as physical goods. However, we understand that there may be instances where our services may not meet your requirements. Therefore, we have set forth the following refund policy:
1. CANCELLATION WINDOW
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided we have not started designing their order. If the order is cancelled within this window, a full refund will be issued.
2. REVISIONS AND PARTIAL REFUNDS
We typically send previews to customers during the design process. Customers can request revisions until they confirm that the design meets their requirements. If a customer wishes to cancel the order during this process, they must notify us and click on the order cancel button within the order processing period. In such cases, we will not refund 100% of the payment. Instead, we will refund 75% of the payment made by the customer.
3. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 days from the date of the order cancellation request.
4. NO REFUNDS
Apart from the conditions stated above, we do not offer refunds for any payments made by the customer.
5. REFUND CURRENCY AND FEES
All refunds will be issued in USD. Any charges associated with the refund will be borne by us.
